The staff were helpful and absolutely friendly and made our stay a perfectly pleasant experience.

The room was a nice size with really comfortable beds, ideal for me. The hotel was in a magnificent and perfect location, on sea front. Plus, it was close enough to the pier and town centre, the south beach or the nearby north bay and Open Air Theatre.

It was truly a very lovely stay for a business trip, the hotel exceeded all expectations. The location was marvellous and lovely to both bays, better than we ever had before. Further, it was just next door to the Stephen Joseph Theatre as well as a cliff top -uphill.

The stay here was real good for a business trip. The hotel's location was perfect, next to the Cliffside for 8 years now and the castle. Moreover, it was within a close distance from a miniature railway.

The breakfast was lovely with tea or coffee, the staffing teams were pleasant. Incredible and lovely location on a cliff top -uphill, met requests.

Truly enjoyed the room with a view, my bed was lovely. It was tidy and pleasant to come back to.

Liked my stay and would be happy to recommend this hotel. I had fantastic 2-night stay here! The location was lovely and incredible - ease of access to Scarborough cricket club. Bright and spotless room with a view was enjoyable. Extra touches like an electric kettle and central heating were a treat, staff were excellent and amiable.

The food was outstanding and the bar was lovely. The staff was very helpful, as well as owner. The location of this hotel not far from the North Shore, the south beach or the nearby north bay, and the Cliffside where the reaction could n't have been more different was excellent and perfect. Besides, it was only 1 km from Scarborough cricket club.

Overall it was exceptionally clean with a view. The staff were amicable and very, very nice day and night.

Stayed here for 1 night with my kids, had a REALLY LOVELY stay. The breakfast was gorgeous, such variety, with tea or coffee. The location was marvellous and lovely for traveling around Scarborough, not far from Scarborough's bays and Scarborough open air theatre. The check-in was simple and the atmosphere was family overall.

We loved our stay at this hotel with its close proximity to the beautiful North Bay and easy transportation to both bays. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were friendly and always willing to assist. The breakfast was delicious and filling, served promptly by efficient staff members. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, and parking was easy to find in the area.

For us, it was ideal, and we had no complaints or negative experiences to report.

Had a lovely stay for a business trip, totally recommend this place. The food provided was appetising! The unit we got was spotless with watch TV in, great views, as for instance. Greatly enjoyed the location to stay in a good location for the North bay😃
